Growing your own food with Speciality Farms

This is what Mother Earth gave Us:

  •  Sun: Plants are pretty magical
  •  Water: Plants also need water, and it’s often the amount of water that’s available that will keep plants from wilting up in the summer sun and heat
  •  Nutrients: Just like people, plants need nutrients in order to grow healthy and strong (and those nutrients are passed on to us when we eat plants for food). In particular, plants need nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). These nutrients can either be derived from the soil
  •  Soil: Plants need something to grow in, and soil holds all the water and nutrients needed for growth (although hydroponics—in which plants are grown in water without soil—is also a viable means of growing some plants).

If you have to BEE a BEE

Use the brush or swab to gently swirl around the stamen of the male flower. Carefully swirl the pollen collected on the brush onto the stigma of the female flower. Touch all surfaces around the middle of the female flower. Collect pollen from multiple male flowers for each female flower on the plant.

 SUPER STAR - Lady Bugs:

By EzE

 Prey of the Ladybug:

The favorite foods of ladybugs include aphids, spider mites and mealybugs. They will also prey on eggs of some insects, particularly the European Corn Borer and the Colorado Potato Beetle.
Ladybugs in both the larval and adult stages feast on these insects. Interestingly, a ladybug will devour thousands of aphids in its lifetime!

Daily Positived Tips -

To harvest high-quality salad greens almost every month of the year, you need to maintain a ready supply of young transplants. The only way to do it is to sow a pinch or two of seeds every week, either indoors or out.
